Bet on Yourself Challenge
Winter has a way of pulling people off track. The days get shorter, motivation gets quieter, and routines slip. The Bet On Yourself Challenge is our answer to that. Eight weeks. One studio class a week. A steady rhythm designed to help you build a habit you can actually keep.
To support your commitment, we’re offering a limited Off-Season Unlimited Pass. It activates the day you buy it and runs for four consecutive weeks. No pauses. No extensions. The sooner you start and the more you show up, the more value you get.
You’re not doing this alone.
Our Studio Director, Kat Palms, a certified coach, will lead the accountability side of the challenge. Expect weekly check-ins and two community walks on January 17 and February 21. These touchpoints keep the routine grounded and make consistency easier in a season where most people fall off.
Complete all eight weeks and you’ll be entered into an exclusive studio giveaway.
What matters most is the habit you build: moving regularly, getting out of the house, and reconnecting with a community that keeps you steady.
Studio classes only. Anyone can join. The unlimited pass is optional but designed to make the commitment simpler.
Registration is free — visit momence to register now. Must be registered to be entered to win the giveaway upon successful completion of the challenge.

Inner Strength & Adventure in Western Sicily
The Sicily Well-Being Retreat
September 20–26, 2026 | Western Sicily
A week designed to help you soften, reset, and return home feeling grounded, strong, and clear.
This is not a vacation.
And it’s not a retreat where you have to become a “new you.”
This is a pause — intentionally designed for women who are capable, responsible, and quietly tired of holding everything together.
Why This Retreat Exists
Many of us live full lives — meaningful work, relationships, commitments we care about.
And yet, somewhere along the way, we begin to feel:
Tired, even after rest
Disconnected from our bodies
Overstimulated but under-nourished
“Fine” on the outside, but unsettled within
This retreat exists because being strong all the time takes a toll.
And because true well-being doesn’t come from doing more — it comes from creating the right conditions to exhale.
Who This Retreat Is For
This retreat is for you if:
You’re high-functioning and capable, but craving softness and spaciousness
You want movement that feels intelligent, supportive, and grounding — not exhausting
You’re drawn to beauty, rhythm, and meaningful experiences
You’re not looking to escape your life, but to return to it more resourced
You value structure, calm leadership, and depth over chaos or hype
This retreat may not be for you if you’re seeking constant stimulation, packed schedules, or a party-style experience.
The Transformation
You won’t leave Sicily “fixed.”
You will leave with:
A calmer nervous system
A stronger, more connected relationship with your body
Practical movement and regulation tools you can use at home
A renewed sense of clarity and internal steadiness
The felt experience of what it’s like to live at a slower, more intentional pace
Many participants describe returning home feeling:
grounded, clear-headed, quietly energized, and more themselves.
What We’ll Do Together
Each day is designed with rhythm — not rigidity.
Daily Practices Include:
Pilates, mobility, and strength-based movement
Breathwork and nervous system regulation
Journaling and guided reflection
Spacious time for rest, integration, and exploration
Movement sessions are accessible, intelligent, and supportive — designed to help you feel capable in your body, not depleted.
The Setting
We’ll gather in western Sicily, a region known for golden coastlines, ancient landscapes, and a slower way of life.
Our home for the week is a luxury resort surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and gardens — intentionally chosen to support rest, beauty, and ease.
This is a single-hotel retreat, allowing for continuity, comfort, and true presence.
What’s Included
6 nights / 7 days accommodations
Daily movement + well-being sessions
Group excursions and cultural experiences
A hands-on cooking experience with local cuisine
Nourishing meals made with seasonal ingredients
Time — real time — to rest, reflect, and be
(Travel to Sicily not included)
Your Host
Kat Palms is a movement and well-being educator with over a decade of experience guiding people through Pilates, mobility, yoga, and nervous-system-informed practices.
Her approach blends structure with softness — supporting strength, self-trust, and sustainable well-being.
This retreat reflects how she lives and teaches: intentionally, thoughtfully, and with deep respect for the body and the season of life each person is in.
A Gentle Invitation
You don’t need to hit a breaking point to deserve rest.
You don’t need to earn softness.
If something in you has been quietly asking for space, rhythm, and beauty — this retreat may be your answer.
Next Steps
Spaces are intentionally limited to preserve the quality and intimacy of the experience.

Limited to 15 participants. Please bring a beach towel instead of a yoga mat.
About the Location: This class takes place on a small private beach just behind the Inland Seas Education Center in Suttons Bay, Michigan. The beach is quiet and peaceful, but compact and slightly sloped — so come prepared for an uneven surface and a little adventure.
