A week designed to help you soften, reset, and return home feeling grounded, strong, and clear.

This is not a vacation.
And it’s not a retreat where you have to become a “new you.”

This is a pause — intentionally designed for women who are capable, responsible, and quietly tired of holding everything together.

Why This Retreat Exists

Many of us live full lives — meaningful work, relationships, commitments we care about.
And yet, somewhere along the way, we begin to feel:

  • Overstimulated but under-nourished

This retreat exists because being strong all the time takes a toll.

And because true well-being doesn’t come from doing more — it comes from creating the right conditions to exhale.

What We’ll Do Together

Each day is designed with rhythm — not rigidity.

Daily Practices Include:

  • Pilates, mobility, and strength-based movement

  • Breathwork and nervous system regulation

  • Journaling and guided reflection

  • Spacious time for rest, integration, and exploration

Movement sessions are accessible, intelligent, and supportive — designed to help you feel capable in your body, not depleted.

The Setting

We’ll gather in western Sicily, a region known for golden coastlines, ancient landscapes, and a slower way of life.

Our home for the week is a luxury resort surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and gardens — intentionally chosen to support rest, beauty, and ease.

This is a single-hotel retreat, allowing for continuity, comfort, and true presence.

Kat Palms is a movement and well-being educator with over a decade of experience guiding people through Pilates, mobility, yoga, and nervous-system-informed practices.

Her approach blends structure with softness — supporting strength, self-trust, and sustainable well-being.

This retreat reflects how she lives and teaches: intentionally, thoughtfully, and with deep respect for the body and the season of life each person is in.
