As you lie on a yoga mat during a sound bath, the calming tones of crystal singing bowls with sound healing frequencies, therapeutic harp, flute, and many other sound healing instruments and sacred beats,  will wash over you, creating a peaceful haven. The soothing vibrations promote a sense of calm and allow for deep visualization, as well as profound tranquility. Each sound journey is unique, reflecting your current mindset and energy.
