What: Breathwork to open the lungs and turn on our sense of awe, 5 element theory and
standing Qigong form to strengthen the immune system. Gentle yoga, partner play, tea
ceremony, abhyanga massage techniques for warming the fascia, and more. Come as you are,
and leave renewed, inspired, connected, and with a few surprises to take home.
